HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE?


1. Ensure that you are logged in to your Profile.

2. Click into the Profile of the business you'd wish to contact.

3. When you are in the Profile, click the SEND MESSAGE button highlighted on the page, located on the left-hand side of the screen. 

4. Type your subject line and the message you wish to send.

5. Before you start writing your message, please ensure that you have done your research and the message that you're sending is as clear and professional as possible. It is important that you are concise and very detailed with the messages you are sending.

I AM NOT GETTING A REPLY

Try not to be too disheartened with this as manufacturers are often inundated with messages and can be very busy. However, if you are not receiving responses to your messages, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Send message.
2. Allow up to 3 business days for a reply.
3. If by the end of the 3rd business day you have received no response, resend your message.
4. If you have still not received a response, please contact us at support@utelier.com
